4th November 2009, Aylesbury County Court

Client had fallen into arrears of £7000 due to ill health of husband. Now both partners back earning a full wage the judge suspended the order with a payment of £200 on top of the mortgage payment.

2nd November 2009, Bow County Court

Client had fallen into arrears of £14,780 due to financial trouble with his own business. Now with the business back up and running and generating income the Judge suspended the warrant with the client paying £150 on top of the contractual payments.

21st October 2009, Colchester County Court

Client fell into arrears of £6000 due to previous employer not paying wages. Now in a new more secure job the judge suspended the warrant with the client paying contractual mortgage payments plus £100.

19th October 2009, Northampton County Court

Client had fallen into arrears of £9050 due to income from own business falling. Now back on track the judge suspended the order with the client paying £150 on top of the mortgage payment.

12th October 2009, Croydon County Court

Client had fallen into arrears of £6500 due to a drop in working hours. Now back up to full time hours the judge suspended the repossession with the client paying an extra £75 on top of the mortgage payment.

22nd September 2009, Preston County Court

Client had fallen into arrears of £300 pounds due to a business failing. Now back in employment the judge suspended the warrant paying back an extra £100 on top of the mortgage.

17th September 2009, Croydon County Court

Client had fallen into arrears of £10000 due to a marriage breakup and a subsequent drop in income. The client has managed to get themselves and their business back on track paying £100 on top of the mortgage payment.

3rd September 2009, Skipton County Court

Client had fallen into arrears of £18000 due wife falling ill and not being able to work. Now back on their feet the judge suspended the order with the client paying contractual monthly payments plus £100

28th August 2009, Tunbridge Wells County Court

Client had fallen into arrears of £19041 due to Lender not accepting payments after a previous order. Judge ordered claimant to set up direct debit and an order was made of Contractual monthly instalments plus £200.

14th August 2009, Birmingham County Court

Client fell into arrears of £7350 due to loss of a job. Now back in work the judge suspended the eviction with the client paying £20 towards the arrears.
